This should be done on the fly. Open a can/bottle of your tipple of choice. Drink half straight down. Wait about 15 minutes for the buzz to kick in, then pour half the remainder into a bowl. Add whatever sauces you feel like. Leftover takeaway sauces, ketchup, HP, the lot. Stir with a fork, dump meat in it before grilling it. Drink the rest of the can/bottle before cooking, then open another to swig while you cook.
