Where and when did I say this? I said the opposite. Britannia will support Citizens' in property rights in other coutries. If you buy a bunch of land in Angola (and they let you) we will even send military force to protect you and your claim (if the government ties to take you land for instance). We will not, however, formally annex Angola, although we may cause regime change if it is necessary. Why? Because I don't want different classes of humans within the Empire. Why? Take a look at what happened to the American south.
