So, what about hardware. This board is almost dead, and every post is about begging for BTC. Well I want to change that. Lets talk about hardware. What do you run? I run ASICS. ordered a new GPU for Litecoin, everything's going smooth. What about you?

So, I'm new to bit coins.

I know new fags aren't the most loved, but hell, I'm here to ask;

Where do I go from here?

I've heard of Prime Dice and Satoshi Dice from lurking a little, but I'm wondering what else you guys might have to say to someone new to bitcoins.

well, why not, but i have very little money, as you can see.

lets make a deal, you create a wallet following my link on xapo, so i can send money to you with no taxes, and i send you the money i win with that (5000 sat, if i remember right)

The only thing i ask you to do is to try my thread and see any of the pages, if you like something try it, if not nothing, its up to you.

Deal?

Its only 50 bits, but hey, you might invest them in something profitable.

As for your question, i dont know why your adress changes, it depends on your wallet.

Hey, I've been trying to read up on making spending and receiving bitcoins anonymously and am struggling to find a definitive guide on how to do it.

From what I can piece together, I need to run a full node (bitcoin-qt or the console one) and proxy it through tor. Will that be enough? In what ways can I be attacked?

I know that keeping the transaction trails are another thing altogether, right now I'm concerned about how to keep an anonymous wallet that nobody can fuck with and can be used without revealing my identity. Anybody know how?

Can a mini computer like the C.H.I.P. C.A.S.E. be used to create a hardware wallet? Can plebs safely do this?

also, one question. Im thinking about monetizing the links of said list, but i think it would be more fair if i offered the posibility of clicking it without viewing ads. The thing is, would you use the monetized links anyway, what can i do so they click them the most?

BitGold is an emerging cryptocurrency much like Bitcoin or Dogecoin, only it's based on many of the price stability of gold, so it's not like the price will change drastically in the future. Actually, BitGold will probably be worth much more in the future, much like how gold's prices keep going up. They are currently giving out free quarter-grams (worth around $8.97 right now) to people who sign up under others' referral links, and to the people who post said links. Earlier on July 4th, they had a promotion of 0.239g for people who signed up for BitGold that day. You can wire your funds to your bank account,in actual, physical gold 60 days after you earn it, or to a BitGold prepaid card. Soon, you'll be able to redeem your BitGold to your Bitcoin wallet.

I'd advise against spending your non-crypto dollars to buy grams and ounces of BitGold (because this very well could be a waste of time and money).

REF LINK: https://bitgold.com/r/CNYCg4

NON-REF LINK: https://bitgold.com (you can do everything on BitGold, but you don't get the free $8.97)

I figured I'd recommend this site to you guys since it's a pretty great faucet imo, you can win up to $200 in bitcoin every hour just by clicking a button (and a short easy captcha but who cares about those), a weekly lottery that you get 2 tickets for free every time you roll (2 tickets every hour for a week is pretty significant) and an easy high/low game that has helped me win thousands of satoshi in a short amount of time.

I can even hook you guys up with an automation script for the hi/lo game as well, just hit F12 (or however you open the elements function in your browser) and just let this run http://pastebin.com/5vxmKiF3

Hopefully this is appreciated, pretty worth it imo.

So, what kind of nodes are you guys running and why?

Personally, I am running Bitcoin Core 0.11 with Luke's spamfilter enabled, CLTV and RBF disabled.

First one reduces my bandwidth and CPU usage greatly, but it's mostly about not catering to poorfags. The others two seem stupid and silly to me.

Will we ever be able to experience a /btc/ board without shills and beggars? A Bitcoin board which is at least a little bit about the technology itself? Even /r/Bitcoin is better at this aspect than this shithole.

Humans have always been fascinated by their future.

They fear it, because they cant know it, and they feel fascinated by it for the same reason.

But, some of them are gifted with the power to actually see it.

For any ammount (not shite amounts like 1 satoshi) i will be telling his future to anyone willing to know it.

But beware, for i am not responsible of what can happen
