How much money do we need to raise?

I guess this thread can be used to post links to land for sale.

Most of the costs involved are land. From what I've seen online so far, we'll be looking at around 20k for a decent sized lot

This Aussie lives off-grid and he says that the start-up costs are very small

Anyone know if the housing bubble will affect costs? Should we wait till it pops before we buy?

>20k for a decent sized lot

It would be the shittiest land imaginable. No water, soil absolute shit tier and unsuitable for growing or grazing anything.

You can't have a proper farming operation on scrub land.

We'll probably need at least 100-200k for some good land. We'll see what happens when there is more interest in this.

Any idea of build costs for a basic, insulated cabin?

If I sell my place in Sydney, would probably have 500k

If we had 500k we'd have enough to do everything

Fuck, that’d get you a decent sized farm in the riverina and enough to build with.

How are you guys planning on handling the legal side of all this?

If one guy has $500,000 to contribute he'd be insane to give it over to some group which he could be outvoted on.

But if he keeps control of the money and outright owns any land bought with it, he would basically become your king and everyone else would be living there on his sufferance.

I'd rather clear hierarchy and leadership over SJW-tier talking sticks and endless UN style assemblies where consensus is never reached and nothing is ever decided upon or resolved.

I have $600k to work with and I was thinking about starting my own self sufficient homestead to ride out the incoming happenings. But I can't work with you guys because I'm a heathen, it would have been interesting though.

By the way, how much land do you guys intend to buy, I'm curious.

A few Australian Heathens are keeping track of CAMACs progress.

If interested in working with Australian Heathens I recommend making a thread on https://8ch.net/asatru/
