Saying my family is actual nobility would be lying, but we're pretty much the closest thing to Irish nobility without being direct descendants of ancient Gaelic Kings.

I myself am a mutt and really don't care.

My dad's side of the family is from the Netherlands, his parents moved over to canada from Holland a year or 2 after WWII ended. Grandad got himself a job building houses and eventually took over the company that hired him. Now he lives in a million dollar house overlooking a gravel pit that he had turned into his own private lake.
