TL;DR: 1920s Albania forum game. Country is very poor and backward but there's also tons of political intrigue going on, therefore it can be fun. Players can join as whatever: cabinet members, miscellaneous politicians, army commanders, tribal chiefs, religious authorities, student radicals, etc.

Please pray for my younger brother. An hour ago he went into a series of severe seizures. He is en route to the hospital right now - was in severe pain, in and out of catatonia, and very panicked. The sedatives are kicking in and the seizures seem to have stopped for now, but please take a minute for him.
