NOW THE SHELTER IS REFUSING TO RETURN THE CAT TO THE RIGHTFUL OWNER!!!!! Please call the shelter and tell them that they must return dexter to the owner!!! DO NOT FIRE LOIC ON THERE WEBSITE! I REPEAT DO NOT FIRE LOIC! Taking down the website will only make the other animals suffer from not receiving exposure for adoption so please just share this number, and call the shit out of it!!!!!!

That is sickness right there. If the cat already has a home, IT SHOULD BE PUT THERE. Doing this kind of shit means that the cat could be adopted by a loving family other than its original family- a family that would've adopted a cat that actually needs a home had the cat been returned to its owner.
