Fighter Thread
A thread for all your hand to hand combat needs!
Some basic rules
>roll to attack
>no killing allowed
>must be unarmed
>specify your actions
>starting health is 25
>must roll for the first attack
Now let's go over how attacking and defending works
>if your opponent attacks, you'll have the option of defending (blocking/dodging) or countering
>defense rolls will subtract from attacking rolls unless you are countering
>counters allow you to stop the opponents attack and retaliate with your own, but for half the damage (so rolling a 6 for a counter will only let you do 3 damage)
>counters do not subtract from attacks, so if your counter roll is lower than your opponent's roll, you're taking the full hit
Alright, grapples (do not mistake this for a throw, throws do not need a grapple roll)
>you can only do one per fight
>you can counter grabs
>you must first roll to grab your opponent
>if you fail then you have wasted your turn
>if successful you must make a another post describing your attack
>roll 2 dice for damage
