Oh shit I forget. Man, trying to read that signs in wales is like trying to do integral calculus whilst having a stroke.

That's a common practice. What you see there is a welsh "male" picking up his wife from the club.
I've heard there's a lot of inbreeding and bestiality in Wales, don't know how much of it is a joke

Well I felt as though it was implied that they reached that singularity. After all, they have become self-aware, that's all than an artificial intelligence needs.
The agents just seem like an inefficient system, contrived for the sole purpose of justifying "cool" action scenes.
But internal inconsistency aside, none of this prevents some of the most cringe worthy dialogue and pacing between characters. There are very few characters with any sort of personality. Also, if the agents can occupy any body, why not those of the people attempting to rebel. Their powers are great, yet they're beaten because neo has magic powers that were not established beforehand. Indeed, the oracle even states that neo isn't "the one", so I don't know where that's coming from
My biggest complaint, is that it -could- have been a film exploring the nature of simulated existence, and instead opts to be this mediocre mess of a movie leaves behind plot holes like no tomorrow. All you're left with are questions, there's no answers, and there is no justifying that ending.
