A brief evaluation of the situation as it stands

This board is meant to serve as an alternative to >>>/pol/ and >>>/leftypol/ and >>>/polpol/ for reasons I will explain below.

>>>/leftypol/ is specifically for a certain set of ideologies to post on, if you are not one of those ideologies then you are out of luck. Marxists, Anarchists and all the others who post there are also welcome to post here.

>>>/polpol/ is run by the ultra-paranoid and bans are frequent and any sort of fun is discouraged, I want to avoid that type of board if possible.

>>>/pol/ has degraded into a board were shouting shill is considered an argument and has also descended into a mob mentality of everyone trying to be the most radical. I also want to avoid that kind of board. Please read the fallacies in the OP picture and try to avoid committing them in your arguments.
