There is something to discuss?
Black has to move 5… Na5! (not 5… Nxd5?!) 6.Bb5+ c6 7.dxc bxc 8.Be2 h6, and black will have one less pawn but way more activity.
Of course black can accept the attack with Nxd5, expecting white to sacrifice and won´t recover the piece, but it´s unnecessary having a stronger defense (Na5).
And as white you should know the attack, and maybe try it in some blitz game, but know that black will defend without problems and expell all your pieces.
tl;dr:
We have to train against the good lines. If we assume our opponents are going to play poorly, no preparation is needed.
