The french has always looked so messy to me. Whenever someone plays 1.e4 e6 to me I answer 2.d4 d5 3.exd.

I dislike complicating everything and going queeny with so few pieces in play. It´s like the Botvinnik Semi-Slav, that just doesn´t look natural to me.
