Well, that´s a matter of opinion I think, but it´s the deepest and the most abstract game, that´s for sure.
I like to think Chess is like a Piano, the complexity is there but you can still see and check each note/game line. It´s complicated, but also definite enough to play it well with "just" a lot of skill.
Go in the other hand is more like a Violin. In adittion to the complexity you have to develop a sense to intuit where the notes are, where and how to play it. It´s more abstract, more about "feeling" what to do.
Also you need to harmonize the local and concrete game with a global board vision, as you need to harmonize the different functions of each hand to play Violin.
