Good job with the signs.
It looks interesting. White can ask for an explanation to black with 3.Nc3, ready to play d4 immediatly.
And I guess black should make something weird from there, because in main lines Qa5 has concrete uses, and white can avoid those situations now the queen has showed up her intentions.
Another option is some kind of wing gambit 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 Qa5?!!? 3.b4!!?!.
And the position of the queen doesn´t give black any special advantage. I would even say white will have one more time compared with the main gambit.
Some odd openings I like are the ones with knight moves in 1&2. It looks enigmatic but the queen knight in c3/c6 with the pawn restricted in c2/c7 doesn´t actually let too much flexibility.
Reti Gambit (1.Nf3 d5 2.c4) looks beautiful to me, but I guess is not unusual anymore (thanks, Carlsen). We´ll always have 1.Nf3 d5 2.b4!?, I guess.
