Our traditions and dogmata are all according to divine law and set by the magisterium, while the doctrines that the scripture adresses here have been/are man appealing and not according to divine law. Exactly like what you're trying to promote.
Catholic dogma cannot override divine law by default, if it did it would be invalid.
