This, of course, refers to the first sin of humanity; committed by Eve, then Adam.

No problem with it whatsoever, sin is a moral/spiritual teaching, not a scientific one.

"Before the Fall" could have been a distinct period of human (pre)history, I'm not sure, but it isn't a problem that clashes with scientific knowledge for me.

What is the actual cause of The Fall and Sin coming into the world if Adam and Even are not literal beings? How do you reconcile this with the Scripture?

Would Pre-Adamites live in a world without Spiritual Death and Sin, because those things didn't exist until the Fall.

I'm glad you're so confident in the cohesiveness of Scripture and scientific theory, you could really help me out.
