Christian Identity for Blackies.

Similar to the Nation of Islam, the whole thing came out of the black's belief that Christianity is tooh'white4meXD and so they had to take another religion. Judaism sounded cool but it was very… well… not freaking black. So they made it "black".

Next thing you know, Marcus Garvey gets involved (really, the closest thing I can think of to a Black Fascist) and he recognises how important religion is to a people, to a race, so he helps it along. Then he's like "When you see a black king crowned in Africa, you'll know our time has come".

Enter Haile Selassie. People start worshiping him and he's like "Well, allrighty then".

I don't think they are bad, horrible or anything like that, but I certainly would wan't the bare minimum to do with a religion founded around blacks doing drugs and living in poverty while blaming Da Wite Mon for everything.

Too many of my relatives are already Democrats.

>How do you view Rastafarianism?

I don't really know much about them, what did Selassie even think about it?

I just know some young white rasta hobos that smoke weed all day. Cool dudes to hang around with and harmless, but surely in no way the ideal of holiness we should strive for.

No, there is just one true Church, not two. Sorry.

>what did Selassie even think about it?

He thought it was retarded but didn't do anything about it, other than tell them "I ain't God" one time and proceed to actually run his kingdom. thousands of miles away from Jamaica and U.S. where these people were and still are, for the most part.

Jokes on the though, since their "God" got deposed by a Marxist black, so what does that mean?

It's funny. A bunch of pot-smoking blacks wanted to go back to Ethiopia, because they thought a deposed dictator was prophesied in the bible. I can't imagine how the religion began in the first place.

It'd have been forgotten by now if it didn't inspire some famous Bob Marley songs.

>"I mean it, when I analyze the stench -

>To me it makes a lot of sense:

>How the Dreadlock Rasta was the Buffalo Soldier,

>And he was taken from Africa, brought to America,

>Fighting on arrival, fighting for survival.

Said he was a Buffalo Soldier, Dreadlock Rasta -

Buffalo Soldier in the heart of America.

>If you know your history,

>Then you would know where you coming from,

>Then you wouldn't have to ask me,

>Who the 'eck do I think I am."

You assume that by America he meant the US, as if the US was the hole of America, and not comprised of another 45 or so countries.

Buffalo soldiers were a US civil war phenomenon, not a Latin America thing. After the civil war no one wanted the black soldiers around, so they sent them west, to fight Indians on the frontier.
