idk, to serve is to give of ones life but I'm not really willing to give up my autonomy for something so unstable and shrinking in my own country, which should indicate I shouldn't be considering this path, right?

Become a traditionalist priest, the FSSP for example especially evangelises the western nations.

You could maybe, if you have the money (or get them for free), take Ignatian exercises. The Jesuits put you in them anyway but I wouldn’t advise you to become a Jesuit, as you wouldn’t have any autonomy anymore. And no, God won’t kill you in a narco war. Just wear the breastplace of faith.
