He created Adam and Eve from him, who were capable of blushing, pale white skinned, on the eighth day.

Curse of ham resulted in Africans Europeans and asian races. Lost tribes of Israel supposedly wound up in China and North America.

I don't think the bible addresses how other races came to be, really. Just talks about the Jewish lineage. I think its some Protestants who seem hellbent on seeing the OT as an all encompassing view of the whole world, rather than the localized ethnocentric account it is.

All the nations have one destiny: to be converted. The barbarians of Europe took to it the most, and reached heights of civilization never before seen. Now they're abandoning Christ and returning to barbarism. Who knows where the next Christendom will be?

This is regarding salvation and inheritance of the kingdom of god. In other words, all people are eligible for salvation by Christ. Before it was only for the Jews. This is not about race. There are separate nations, races, designated by God.

Hmm… I don't think he was necessarily disputing that, rather he was addressing the common belief held by some in the chans that the white race, the Europeans are somehow special and will eternally be the heralds of christianity, while the reality is that someone else may very well pick up the mantle of the abrahamic God while Europe descends into unbelief.
