Jerusalem, the Jews, are the whore of Babylon and the synagogue of Satan that have gone away from God.

Due to the Vatican alignment with the UN, (under the guise of bringing peace, sustainable development, fighting climate change, etc) it is clear that they are involved in bringing a one world government into existence.
Now they are justifying the rebellion of the Jews and therefore aligning the entire church with them.
It is very likely, given their state of apostasy, the leadership of the Catholic Church is the second beast of revelations which will give credit to the first beast. In other words, the pope is not likely to be the anti-christ but he and the Vatican will support him.
