How would you feel if I the tables were turned and I were the busy-body? Would you even want to listen and not take offense if I sent you "The God Delusion," "Pages from Earth" or "Age of Reason" on a CD for Christmas or your birthday? If I become deathly I'll I'll be getting CDs too because intolerant relatives want to save my soul. Proselytizing is almost considered a polite thing in our society.

To bring someone over to your side, you must first understand their arguments. If you sent me the God Delusion (I have skimmed through it but I do not own a copy) I would see it as a free book. I would also see it as an invitation to debate.

We as Christians must see every attack as an opportunity.

If you truly believe in something, you would proselytize. If you knew a bus was speeding down the road, and some kids were playing there, would you not warn them? Seeing as how you're a staunch atheist though, I wouldn't be completely surprised if you would just stand and laugh at the kids.
