Can someone quantify this chapter with Replacement/Covenant theology, which posits that Jews are not God's chosen people anymore?

I can't find any more info on it, and can't seem to quite explain (mainly) verse 2 where it talks about divided land.

I hope someone smarter than me has an answer, I am debating someone at the moment (a christian zionist) who is using this chapter to dismiss me. Unless of course, I am wrong…
