Such a thing is already addressed in the Gospels. When Jesus was preaching a tower fell and killed some people. Jesus explained we live in a fallen world and accidents happen. Jesus also said it's appointed once for us all to die. I'm continually shocked at fedoras thinking bad things happening in the world somehow disprove Christian theology when Christian theology specifically says the world is fallen and bad things will happen. Are most atheists really that ignorant of what they criticize?
