Depends. I think for Catholics sex out of marriage is adultery and sex with anyone after marriage regardless of divorce is still adultery but i could be wrong, not a catholic you see.

I feel you though OP. I fell in this regard last night, and naturally I failed out of nervousness because I know, as God knows, what I did wasn't right and I am thankful that He intervened before I could do any more harm.
