Here's a hypothetical scenario, though it could and likely will come to be more relevant in the near future. Say a fully-transitioned, easily-passing transgender person accepts Christ and repents of their sins. Would the best course of action for them, in your opinion, to be to 1) attempt to un-transition themselves to their original sex, and all the messy biological trouble that entails, 2) maintain their current gender, but commit to live in modesty and chastity, or 3) take on all the privileges a normal person of that sex/gender would enjoy, including marriage and sex? I'd say #2.
