Now for the rules.
RULES
1. Getting this out of the way. NO SPAM. Gonna go with a warning system here. Spamming will get you a short, 30 minute ban. If you continue beyond that, the ban will get exponentially longer. Blatant attempts at flooding the board, however, will not be met with kindness and will get you a 3 day ban right off the bat. What is and what isn't spam should be obvious - accidentally double posting or whatever isn't a problem, shitposting isn't really spam either (but I'll get to that). It really only counts as spam if it's being done to intentionally being done to clutter up the thread/board. Advertising your board here also counts as spam, as it's unrelated to the discussion at hand.
2. This is a SFW board. I'm not the type to be easily offended, I just don't want this to be a board where you dump photoshopped celebrity porn images. That means that if you plan on posting anything really raunchy, just put that shit in spoilers. Not spoilering that shit will get you a warning, and continuing to not spoiler that shit will get you a short ban. Not much else to it really. Film related porn and porn dumps are allowed as long as it's in contained to a specific thread and spoilered. Dumping porn in unrelated threads that are just trying to have discussion will count as spam and will be treated as such [see rule 1].
3. This is a board for discussion about Cinema, not television. This ain't /tv/. If you want to have your daily/weekly thread talking about your favorite ongoing television shows, then take it to the appropriate board. The point of this board is to have discussion about films, and there's enough television to talk about that it should have its own board. Just try and keep it movie related if you can. This means anything from films, to actors, to directors, to the fucking posters, to the vhs/dvds/blurays themselves. But film related.
4. KEEP YOUR MEMEING AND SHITPOSTING UNDER CONTROL PEOPLE. I'm not saying "no fun allowed", but I don't want this place to become /tvPost too long. Click here to view the full text.
