Finished laying the dirt, thanks Rakkwal, dug out most of the area by the pyramid and oulined the pyramid/vault (pic related) i will continue working on it when i wake up (in about 8 to 9 hours) At current it is looking like the vault will be an 18 layer if it follows conventional design, which the outline does not (pictures 2 and 3 are my current idea). The conventional vault design looks like this (picture 4), which is less expensive per layer & offers better defence, but looks less like the original

The main goal of the geofront is for it to be an area that's not necessarly hard to get into, but difficult to move through and difficult to get out of, that way any griefers or criminals that get in can easily be cornered and disposed of. To further this policy:
Reinforce buildings to Akihabara (chests and shit you can reinforce to whatever, but the buildings should be done to the city).
Entrances that go through the geofront wall should be at least SRO, or better yet, iron-reinforced other blocks.
It shouldn't be possible for someone to get out of the geofront floor without either: breaking through the lower section of the outer walls (which will be sro+iro), or getting to the upper levels without breaking diamond-reinforced doors/blocks.
Random doors in walkways and stuff would go a long way to hindering the movement of criminals, as long as they can be made to look not-ugly.
Also, if you are bored and want to help, fill in random holes in the geofront walls with smoothstone, and replace cobble/dirt with it as well.

I'd say what you've got is alright. A few tips though: move the section about plugins up above the critical info. If people are going to join and stick around, they'll read the whole thing anyways, plugins interest people. Separate lines with spaces and give two spaces between the critical info and the block paragraph above it. Separate the 'port: 3567' with a semicolon after the mumble address. Don't bother posting TXAPU, it's eight months outdated and will only confuse players and crash their computers (seriously, my javascript has shit the bed more often than not on that shithole). If you're hitting halfchan, don't bother with the board info, just give that to players ingame once they join.
I would also say that if you post a screenshot DO NOT POST A BUILD. People criticized that in literally every thread we've done. "Hurr, durr, fuck off with your gay 9/11 build, HURRRRRRR" happens all the time. Retarded? Yes. But justified. Post screens of you guys actually doing things and of places where you are planning to expand or do things. That really encourages people. Also, if possible, post this updated map of Chanada and surroundings to encourage people to get interested.

I ended up trying to fix my computer by removing one of the parts that was somewhere it shouldnt have been (a smaller grill fell into the computer somehow). What a grave mistake that was. For whatever reason, once I plugged it back in, I was greeted with a loud "POP" and then silence from all but the fans.
I'm done with electronics, I have more important things to spend my money on in the near future. I have no idea when I'll return to civcraft. But if repairing my computer from this costs me anything more than a handheld game console. So now that I have nothing to do anymore besides play videogames. I'm going to shill for Aki and try as hard as I can rather then give up
I have two things I wish to do first however.
1. Finish the school
2. Make a newfriend housing unit from the ceiling of the Geofront I decided newfriends would probably prefer living in the Geofront rather then the engineering district, and make it so that things like farms and the like should be made there by users who develop a liking for that sort of thing, then connected via overworld rails for convenience. The others would work for the ability to own a piece of land that they want using their own money, which would go right back to us if they fail to pay in order to prevent people from 1. Building a shitshack and leaving it behind and 2. Leaving forever and leaving behind all of their possessions so that someone can just break into their house and steal them.
After these, I'll make an attempt to revive the population. Once factories and the like are made again, maybe we could finally encase the geofront with reinforced obsidian and finish and reinforce the vault in the center. It could be used for petty crimes or as a back-up if vaults of our allied nations are broken.
