Talking to some WP people, apparently shaded who was in charge of refilling it hadn't been on was mostly inactive for 2 weeks or so, and none of the other mods checked the coal. They did the math and if everyone in that chest logged in then it would have taken about 16 days to run out of coal, so it adds up.

Seems legit.

The funny thing is, when soccer was pearled in MtA, riptide gave the pearl to Teal to put in Playpen, but he decided not to vault it and just free it. If he went to the vault he may have noticed the coal.
