Sort of, but not really. /V/ersailles is still forging ahead pretty successfully and has a lot of VERY competent PvPers, something few other (if any) chan states can brag about. /Pol/ynesia is a behemoth that doesn't seem to sleep. Wulfkhain has an extremely active and close-knit population and is thriving. /V/iridian (for all the shit it gets), is still functioning and while it is not going to recruit again, still has many big contributors. The /K/ountry is still quite new and hasn't come close to maxing out its potential, but under Syncrates' leadership it seems to be headed in the right direction.
/A/kihabara is suffering due to Centi going inactive and Certainty not being around, but they plan on recruiting soon and attempting to bring in some new blood to refresh their country. They are also quite aware of their situation and so are probably going to rectify it.
Spainland is definitely ailing, but that is a multi-faceted issue that will not be changing anytime soon. At least /pol/ has finally stepped in and is fixing up the country a bit.
This leaves FAGT. Of all the parts of Chanada that are actually 'in the shitter', FAGT is the closest. The biggest problem with FAGT is that it isn't really one country as much as it is four countries: Xiphias, Neverwhere, Titan, and a massive conglomeration of empty land ready to be settled. Each city within FAGT has its own successes and struggles and doesn't share in the same fate as the others, so judging FAGT as a whole is sort of unfair. The fact is, Xiphias and Neverwhere don't WANT to be massive cities with dozens of residents, at least not right now, and Meowcoolcat and Tokyodrifter contribute enormously to Chanada anyways through XP production or vault digging. Their cities contribute more to Chanada's success than Spainland has, despite having 1/4 the population.
This leaves Titan. Of all the under-utilized cities, the former stronghold is in desperate need of new blood. Shady and Draz are basically gone, it's time we revived it and brought in some new /b/-tards.
