Here's an up to date map of all publicly known rails and ice roads in the nether. (Doesn't mean they are necessarily open to the public.) Let me know if I'm missing anything.

There are at least 3 private factories in the -+ quadrant: Zoltan's, cliffnerd's, and fk's. Since they aren't publicly known I didn't map them.

You have summoned me? I have a semi-updated one right here, that Kovio or Josh is making into a nicer version. You can tell how old the map is by the nations, but the rails are updated. Obviously it's not even close to everything that's there, but it's accurate for the Eastern part of Chanada.
