Thats because they turned it into a business. The whole point behind those things were the natives were living on good land so we had to get rid of them somehow so we just moved them somewhere else. Most of the time useless unprofitable remote land. The fact that they were able to turn those shit holes into a profitable business at this point is irrelevant its not as if we just gave them the land out of the kindness of our hearts.
