First official meeting this Thursday at 7 PM EST. Get on chanada mumble at that time. You don't need a mic.

I will be appointing official government positions and we will be discussing policies and general town planning.

We need to plan a project or something. I feel like part of the reason towns become inactive is that there's no reason for people to stay in the town over another town, server, or even single player. We should focus on building and strengthening the Tazmily community.

Correct. Turtleman speaks the truth. The big reason that places die is because people log in and they don't know what to do. The government types always know what to do because they lead the country. Lead, set out a vision, give people a piece of it to complete, that's what makes a strong community, makes them feel involved.

So? Cities lose their population quickly. You cannot expect that one day you won't log in only to find that you've the only person who's been on all day and the newfriends are all gone. Tygrus and Wulfkhaine were like that and died in a matter of one week of it.

Whoever gets appointed to head this project, I would like to work with them on this. If you are referring to the Nether station, I plan on getting a crew of newfriends when we shill later today or tomorrow to redo the whole nether station. If you are referring to outright cross-Chanada tunnels, the closest tunnel is the tunnel we have to Sor, which isn't so far from you guys.
