Today a Spainland official, known as TheSavvySJ, attacked and pearled a /k/ member after breaking into the /k/ factory room and destroying all the chests so that the items spilled on the floor to despawn.
He stated that he was doing this under "Cions" orders which we don't believe for a moment. TheSavvySJ has acted in the place of Spainland leadership as the only active member of the nation.
This will have been the third attack on /k/ by Spainland in the last week and as such we will be responding accordingly.

If I recall correctly, nothing ever came of it, especially once Tigen and I stopped pushing so hard for it and realized that Chanada's days of transparency were long gone. A constitution wouldn't work in today's Chanada, because most operations are done in secret or nation-to-nation. And frankly, it sort of works, although I'd prefer a more open way of handling conflicts.
