1. MOST OF THE PEOPLE I RECRUITED ARE CHANNERS! Fuck, my thread on Kongregate's Off Topic forum even stated that we were a nation within Chanada, meaning everyone who would join from it would either be from the chans or at least are willing to work with them. Plus, I didn't even link them to the server. They would have to message me personally and I would be able to quality control them.

2. Even for the select few of my group that aren't channers, they are at least sympathetic or fit the /bane/-/tv/ theme. What nation in Chanada has never had a non-channer resident?

3. It's MY fucking nation, you don't get to tell me who I can and can't recruit as long as they're sympathetic to us. My priorities when recruiting go USEFULNESS, then FITS THE THEME (baneposter, etc), and if and only if they do not meet either of those requirements do I give a single shit if they regularly browse a certain type of website.

4. Cian was founded with the IDEA of "hey immer my FRIENDS wanted to join the server and start a /bane/ nation with me." No one complained that I was literally recruiting from just my circle of friends back then. But suddenly when I recruit friends from pvp servers (elitedigger, arnold_palmer, etc) and more people from OT (Ruudiluca, Hammi_teh_noob, etc) and request a clear timeline for representation it's a problem?

Bg seriously, there are NUMEROUS other issues more important than "hurr durr one or two people from Cian don't browse a certain type of website". Namely:

1. Threats made against Cian by other Chanadian nations (pic related, someone from Polynesia or at least someone on the pol1 channel messaged me on reddit with it a few days ago)

2. Cian has received more support and encouragement from nations OUTSIDE of Chanada than it has from nations INSIDE of Chanada.

3. I, a leader of a Chanadian nation, being removed from popular inter-chanada communication channels.

4. I, a leader of a Chanadian nation, not being allowed to listen in on the last Chanadian meeting.

5. Cian not being formally recognized by any nations within Chanada besides Spainland.

6. Issues which I have personally told to you, Bgbba.

What makes Chanada strong and unique is it's recruitment and dedication to representing specific board cultures. It's easy for us to then become friends when we find so much in common. There is nothing that makes one an outsider as you immediately find like minded pals and a home.

A group of internet friends deciding to play civcraft together under the title of board nation is no different than your average reddit nation. This would all be different if you had bothered to recruited from /bane/

1. we have said the same in private about viridian, kolima, xiphias, spainland, tel aviv, bryn, isle of arran, the u3p and kompound in the past as well. We are a bunch of shit talkers. Everyone should know this by now.

2. Because you sought outside support before informing any chanadian of your intentions, made laughably excessive requests that not even I or josh have full access to ourselves much less grant- before even informing the listed members of 'cian' that maybe they should login to the server and play. You suck the dick of both WP and Nox indiscriminately (anyone who will listen basically) with little tact or understanding of the gravity of your statements and actions.

3. Not a CHAN-adian nation. Your '/bane/' pals were shitting up pol1 chat with 'i can has wood ;3' 'xD xD xD' (classic baneposting banter lad) and were removed by someone other than myself because they were annoying our citizens. When you bitched about it I removed you as well. The only non polynesian's on pol1 are Josh, yearn, marxyz beamish and woj. Get over it.

4. There has not been a Chanadian meeting since you made your recent declaration. You may listen into this one if you wish. Also you're not a chanadian nation.

5. Recruit from /bane/ with a thread and then we might reconsider.

You are seriously all talk, you argue for fun -exclusively in adhoms - and like a real jew might I add. Bg's second law of civcraft applies here: The more someone empirically talks about their nation- it's plans- it's citizens - it's power - the less they have to show for it.

The individual in question was fucking around. He's a moderator (for free) on Kongregate as well. It's called being a shitter, something you should know pretty damn well. It's perfectly in your right to remove non-polynesians from polyneian groups, I only complained at the time because I figured that the rest of Chanada was still on it (I was unaware there was a purge).

Cian has been recognized officially by two voting nations (Kompound and Tazmily). You may not choose to recognize us if you wish, I suppose.

What outside nations? If anything, this proves that not only are there probably a bunch of redditors attempting to divide us by getting involved in our startup countries, but also that people don't realize it. Also, why on Earth should we have dropped everything to help you? A significant number of your people haven't logged in more than once or twice. This isn't like /k/, when twenty of them showed up the first day. You haven't recruited from /bane/ or /tv, nobody assumed your nation was going anywhere for the time being. If anything, we were waiting for you to actually get it off the ground. Why should we invest in something that has yet to show any results?

Did they backstab you though? They expressed a concern about you having a bunch of non-board recruits. You took that to mean that they hated Cian itself, ironically proving their point by instantly insinuating that Cian and the non-board recruits were the same thing. /Pol/ynesia's demand has been extremely simple: recruit some guys from /tv/ and /bane/. They don't care about you bringing friends, the issue is that your nation is nothing but friends, but yet has the audacity to call itself representative of /tv/ and /bane/, which it's not.

Like it or not, you've recruited from Kongregate. That isn't a bad thing, per se, but that does mean that the common factor here is not that they are channers, but that they are Kongregationalists. Until you recruit from actual chan boards, this will not change. /Pol/ynesia only started threatening and 'backstabbing' once you threatened to secede over the simple request that you recruit from the chans.

The island was claimed land, we gave them the option of having a completely constitutional monarchy, with elections, or not if that's what they wanted. But so long as they accepted Yuntay as Emperor of Clacton, even though he wouldn't have any real power, they were welcome to stay.

The response we got back was about 20% Agreeing, 70% Neutral and 10% Calling me, Yuntay and everyone who wasn't with them cucks.

They then said that Kovio told them to go about 7000 blocks east (which was bullshit), and gave everyone exact co-ordinates which turned out to be in the middle of the ocean surrounded by reddit.

Sorry for not letting a bunch of newfags scream "cuck" at everything and giving them the option of complete freedom in exchange for just acknowledging that we owned the land, won't happen again.

Okay, so apparently we just lost half the active Confederation, so that's a thing. I updated the political map of Chanada to reflect this and in light of the secession which was partially prompted by constitutional failures, lack of documentation, lack of transparency, and other problems, I think that the following issues should also be discussed.

The only thing I have to say about the secession so far is this: I am dissapointed that Chan Unity was not achievable under the circumstances and I hope that this won't turn into a massive string of secessions and political collapse within the remaining members of the Confederation.

Okay, the meeting is still on for this Saturday. Anybody who wishes to attend, please do. In the meantime, Spainland and Wulfkhain have been dissolved. Las Colonias have been given to Neustria, the remainder of both nations has been returned to /Pol/ynesia.

In addition, all remaining members of /k/ are welcome and encouraged to come to Volkstadt until this whole mess is sorted out. For the moment, /K/ountry is now under the military jurisdiction of /Pol/ynesia, as is the remainder of Chanada except for Neustria. Since Syncrates and the other officials of /K/ountry quit at the same time they seceded from Chanada, /Pol/ynesia is disputing the secession and Chanada will retain ownership of the land until a settlement can be reached with the sole remaining government official of /K/ountry, KaptajneKaffe.

As it stands, this is the current map of Chanada and her territories.
