 No.33455

In the discussion that was on today, a majority of people agreed that it was necessary to reform the idea of chanada and propose a completely new system.

Here is the proposal we worked on today: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1L3myo_97Jg3UUbbiYdBMEr8Nn1JGkd2dFXfnxJDX0_o/edit?usp=sharing

We will discuss it on the weekend in the chan meeting.

Until then, feel free to add, comment like and subscribe (Make sure to turn your adblock off it helps me a lot!)

I like the idea of an centralized chanadian nation. But an emperor. Meh.

Why not a president or a Prime minister ?

(well, it's a detail, in fact)

 No.33502

Shiieeeet. I guess it's all "oger" now.

I guess we can conclude that chanada was brought to its knees by back-room deals. Not really surprised. For all it's worth it was fun while it lasted. I'll take a few days to figure out what I do but I'm leaning on just not coming back. Have fun.

 No.33503

>>33498

Well, its just a proposal and concept at the moment. Emperor is a stronger, more likely to by upheld positions naturally.

>>33502

Well, it's just us now. I wouldn't say its over yet. See you later though Darkcrow-kun.

Chanada has always been more of an idea than a reality.

The belief that all chan states can join together as one was too good to be true.

 No.33523

>>33498

It's pretty much all just names. I did say that emperor implied too much power;

So in the final form; we need to rename positions and terms; and probably come up with a new name for the Union.

I'm still gunning for "The united states of Chanada"

 No.33524

>>33523

>united states

pliz, no.

Why not "Second Confederation of Chanada" ?

Also, do we keep the same flag ?

 No.33527

>>33524

too much like the old; doesn't really build much confidence.

How about the Chanadian Consociation?

 No.33540

Chanadian Republic ?

Chanadian Union ?

Federation of Chanada ?

 No.33541

>>33540

tbh this'll probably get discussed on saturday.

I'm yelling at as many people there to make sure something happens; even if only 2 states agree- simply because 2 states in is better than none in.

Democratic People's Republic of Chanada though fam

Guys it doesn't matter what we call it, we can call the leader a big floppy donkey dick. His powers are clearly outlined in the Constitution. He can be impeached by the Senate and council. What matters now is that we settle the structure this Saturday. Afterwards we can rename the positions or even the name of the country. Nothing matters until the structure has been agreed on

Chanada is dead. It was pretty much created as a way for Viridian to exercise control over Intis and other cities, and has long outlived its original utility.

Your forgetting that Viridian was created as a way for Grundeswald/HKE to expand it's empire.

Did a fine job too.

>Chanada is dead

>Pic related.

The only people saying its dead are the ones who haven't bothered putting time and effort into /civ/.

Serious, you int fags have been saying chanada is dead since the ABR went into decline.

>Your forgetting that Viridian was created as a way for Grundeswald/HKE to expand it's empire.

HKE wasn't a thing when Chanada was around, most of Grundeswald were banned from Prussia because at that point we were just calling everyone niggerfaggots and being unapologetically white which triggered the SJWs so hard.

Chanada was its own creation, Grundeswald funded the ABR initially. There was some trade and profits turned over to us but really it was left to its own devices. Grundeswald didn't need a colony, we just wanted friends and channers were the only ones who would find our antics acceptable. You have to remember back then the power players were all legitimately AnCap and most every nation was some sort of left leaning governance, from communists to the various anarchists.

Reddit shat itself when it found out 4channers were coming en masse, it kept the heat off of Grundeswald, instead they were harassing you guys everyday instead. In the end you guys were able to fend off the shitters through your own efforts and your success was the best thing that could've happened.

The rising of /pol/ towns was the last straw for many players, in the LSIF private subreddits you could read about them getting so worked up that there were "actual literal nazis playing on the server" and they could not go on, others couldn't stand the "politics of the server" any more and quit. Without even trying /pol/ rid the server of some of the most cancerous far-left SJW cucks. All Grundeswald had to do was start a few threads, sit around in mumble giving basic information and pump a bit of money into the economy to get it all rolling.

>The only people saying its dead are the ones who haven't bothered putting time and effort into /civ/.

Agreed. Chanada is only as 'dead' as the people have allowed it to become. I see a lot of people jacking off over the 'grand old days', but in reality you're just looking with nostalgia goggles. Most of /int/ and /v/iridian, according to people I've talked to, didn't last longer than a few weeks, aka it was just a really big newfriend wave that happened to kick start these cities. Chanada is hardly 'dead', I'd say that right up until /K/ountry committed soduku we were at a new height and in the midst of a small revival. I know that /Pol/ynesia is. And even if there are dead towns it is by no means impossible to revive a dead city. A few newfriends with a mission could completely revive /A/ki or Tygrus.

Your timeline is pretty fucked

>HKE wasn't a thing when Chanada was around, most of Grundeswald were banned from Prussia because at that point we were just calling everyone niggerfaggots and being unapologetically white which triggered the SJWs so hard.

I think we stopped being banned from Prussia after Christmas of 2013 when we saved Breslau from Yankees_ and whoever else had gone rogue during that particular HCF invasion.

HKE was established 10 days before Viridian was founded. Viridian and FAGT declared themselves Chanada soon thereafter but it didn't really do anything until after /pol/ was founded.

>Chanada was its own creation, Grundeswald funded the ABR initially.

Chanada was the brainchild of kovio and shady/mons if I remember correctly. But yeah, Grundeswald funded ABR.

>Grundeswald didn't need a colony, we just wanted friends and channers were the only ones who would find our antics acceptable.

Viridian was going to be a Grundeswald/FAGT condominium. Getting there was way too difficult for us though so we went the alliance route.

>You have to remember back then the power players were all legitimately AnCap and most every nation was some sort of left leaning governance, from communists to the various anarchists.

What, in late 2014? I'll agree that there were (and still are) way too many anarchists then, but the most active cities were what, Aeon and Fellowship? The AnCaps were a shell of their former selves and were pretty much gone entirely at that point.

Most self-described "communist" states have been our staunch allies for years.

>Reddit shat itself when it found out 4channers were coming en masse, it kept the heat off of Grundeswald, instead they were harassing you guys everyday instead. In the end you guys were able to fend off the shitters through your own efforts and your success was the best thing that could've happened.

This is true. It was a nice change from being the pariah to being comparatively subtle in our affiliations. Heil /pol/.

I just wish /pol/ had been around for the civholiday bullshit. "Holocaust memorial day" jesus fucking christ what a load of shit those all were.

>Without even trying /pol/ rid the server of some of the most cancerous far-left SJW cucks. All Grundeswald had to do was start a few threads, sit around in mumble giving basic information and pump a bit of money into the economy to get it all rolling.

Prussia wanted nothing to do with it. It was a FAGT-Grundeswegian venture.

> we stopped being banned from Prussia

We weren't all unbanned at the same time, remember the illegal rails?

> Chanada was the brainchild of kovio and shady/mons

Didn't have anything to do with us, we just supported it.

> Aeon and Fellowship

Aeon was Ancap to begin with I don't know when exactly they changed.

Power players had Duck City which was only taken down after Viridian at least because they organised the Duck Roast.

> civholiday bullshit

Glad they were banned.

>>33683

> MUH NAP MUH HOMSTEADING

States weren't taken seriously.

Pretty much every nation had an infiltrator in Chanada at some point. I remember under the BlackIdaho, or whatever codes we had, outing some Commonwealth guy and pointing towards the alt-list.

> LSIF private subreddits

Their subreddit was leaked, most of it was whining about how the world is so unfair, commie movie nights and plans on how to fix Civcraft.

 No.33686

The illegal rail thing was in 2013, man. Lucifielle had just left Grundeswald and that was in the summer of 2013.

>Power players had Duck City which was only taken down after Viridian at least because they organised the Duck Roast.

Duck Roast was in February of 2014 and Viridian was founded in September 2014
