That's right on top of Dumathoin, the old Bay12 city and a territory I have as a 'protectorate' personally due to a lack of other B12ers active.

I can survey the land and divvy it up for you, there's also a failed /tv/ town near there and Vinland but those aren't as important security-wise since Duma is a nice build and I don't want people squatting in it/tearing it apart.
