Actually, there are still (somehow) two or three people active in Commonwealth, although they're pretty dead. The biggest cities at the moment are MtA (The big neutral reddit metropolis), Volkstadt (The unofficial capital of the remnants of Chanada), Cimitlan (The Yoahtlan capital city), and Rome (SPQR).
