ETA is probably sometime this month, not sure when. Man, you missed a TON of history, but there is a basic general plan:

Pan-Chan city run by a 5 member council of me, Tigen, Aufdenstadt, Gbrbgryn, and Southernbloc as various ministers. Camokool and Outcast are making some sort of trading company/corporation that will produce XP, among other things.

We are already allied to Neustria, Gensokyo, and /A/kihabara, who we plan on starting out with until we pick a good location. Aegis, AKA MtA's Meme Team and associates, are also close. Yoahtl is another potential ally, but god only knows what they are doing.

Can you like, for one second, try not being a fag? Outcast, Camo, and their lot, are going to live in the Pan-Chan city, but do their corporation idea. The reality is that we'll probably share basic facilities anyways. If they want to make a separate thing for their own purposes, I really don't see what the issue is. I used to think that there was a "better time" in this game, everyone does eventually, from day one of Chanada being something more than a group of 5 or so friends making a town, there has always been backstabbing, shit-talking and autism. This is because civcraft is a game about politics. People, bar the truly most autistic people, take games with very little seriousness but mix it with politics which is fundamentally "the serious business" and you end up with an absolute shitshow without fail.

The fun community existing of people having fun and liking each other exists only as two possibilities:

1) It was real in your mind

2) It was with a relatively small group

If anyone reading this wants to find a perfect community where everyone is friends and has a good time, get some fucking sunlight.
