It will be, just not right away. They'll probably fuck it up somehow though, I'm thinking along the lines of "Balancing pvp" which is exactly what this official minecraft update plans to do so its more like it used to be, but then they'll add wizard shit which means you can throw potions further even though this update does the exact same thing but with tipped arrows.
