When that failed and he continued to get worse, I started targeting him directly, in an attempt to make him fall.

But by all means, believe that I have ill-intentions towards the Chan peoples. It matters little to me.

Eh, I think it might actually be the same oldfriend. There are certainly some inconsistencies such as complimenting beamish, saying he lived in every chan city when he used to claim otherwise, and claims of hanging with HCF (which would make it hard to keep low profile, plus I'd have likely interacted with him more than he claims I have in the past), but when your ruse goes this deep you're bound to mess up somewhere, or embellish, or change opinions, or whatever... Definitely hates chris about as much as oldfriend used to though.

He's also been posting anonymously for a few weeks before now with similar sentiments so it doesn't seem like a sudden urge to ruse.

Also, he has a point (made in the other thread), he never did admit to being redhelp while posting on this board. The only time he ever even acknowledged a comment of the sort, the only thing he said was "Hush up immer." and I guess that was taken as confirmation rather than him just telling immer to stop. Who knows.

I'm not saying it isn't jp3gz either (although he doesn't seem like a brit tbh), because who fucking knows at this point, although it's getting really hard to continue to care, especially now that 2.0 is over, unless oldfriend just tells someone who all of his alts are so they can piece together the puzzle and decide if he's legit or not.

This too, even though we can't see his actual IP anymore and only a hash, the fact that he knows that I would know where he was from based on his IP leads me to believe it's actually him, given that not many people would know that or think to mention it.

If it's not him, then it's someone that's really dedicated to impersonating him, knows a decent bit about him, still knows his shit about chan and server history.

But yeah, I think it's him, but it's time for him to tell someone who he is IMO.
