It has lots of points where the author just wines directly at the audience whilst doodles play onscreen, which would be a cinematic killer if it didn't have legions of idiot fans backing it up. Its characters are terrible even for the type of person they are supposed to be. The plot is just poorly told. Not deep and abstract and you "just gudda be smrt to get it". Superhero comics are two things anon; what makes us who we are and what we do with that. If your comic fails to adequately explore that basic theme, it is 'capeshit'. Capeshit isn't inherently bad, like an action movie isn't inherently bad. It can be shallow, fun entertainment. Even if you explore these themes and have action, your comic might not be good. Some writers and artists aren't good even when given good material to work with.
There have been plenty of comics that have had normally dressed people running around being superheroes, some of them even without any powers or sufficient gadgets. If all you can take away from 'capeshit' is that lackluster description you've provided, then you're failing as a reader as much as writers are failing to produce good content. If in the, what, 60-70 years of superhero comics that exists, you can't find a single comic that you like, then maybe you just don't like superhero comics and you're defensively projecting because you're insecure about not liking them. Which is why you make an unpopular opinions thread as a safespace.
