Probably not easy, since there's probably been skeptics/random dipshit kids who've tried to let her out before and been caught, causing them to ramp up security afterwards. If nothing else, the old folks will probably watch you like a hawk the whole time you're in there if you take a tour.
Then again though, they are old and there's no guarantee of whether or not they'd watch closely or be easy/hard to sneak shit by, so it's a bit of a crapshoot. A well-known and widely-enjoyed (not so much before, but now it's getting pretty big) piece of entertainment, with its central focus being a concept or gimmick that's easily applicable to other media/characters as a fun crossover (stands), and several stylistic elements that translate well to fanart and mixing of properties (gratuitous posing, men being exceedingly-manly, enough broad and square jaws to make Picasso jizz in his pants).
Stands are a simple and easily-applicable-enough concept (abstract representation of user's soul, which grants crazy and weird superpowers) that you can make one for almost any character, and have it become something ridiculously-awesome. The stylistic elements that make JoJo so unique and recognizable are fun to draw and apply to other properties, such as the famous over-the-top posing, the shading, the many black movement/speed lines, and the stylized Japanese characters (or English equivalents) representing action/motion/emotion/etc.
You can smash pretty much anything together with JoJo and create something awesome, assuming you have the capability to do it right, the same way you can sync the Space Jam theme up to pretty much anything with minimal tempo-adjustment at most, and it'll magically go perfectly with the other song. If you can ape the JoJo style well enough (or draw in such a simple way that only minor adjustments are needed to make it resemble JoJo), and you can decently emulate other properties' character designs, you can make a JoJo mashup and typically have it be great.
Short version: Because it fits together with almost anything/anyone, and almost always makes it even better than it was before, no matter how good it already was to begin with.
