Perhaps it would be possible to randomize the placement of people who sell at the the same price as everyone is mostly equal?

Yes I understand that but the issue is a huge influx of players joined all right around the same time. A most I got a few ticks advantage which is basically nothing at this point when they have the market advantage. People always will buy what's first even if its the same price because its quicker. Essentially I'm at the same level as everyone else but being punished because I made my nation a few hours earlier than some other people. I literally have 100s of units of sugar stagnating and doing nothing because I can't sell it. I'm effectively locked out of any profit from markets and being forced to use factories for bits.

Already doing that. The fact of the matter is, very few people need or want much sugar right now, those who do are the ones who don't network in the first place and likely buy the first thing they see on the market. Most people just get it from their alliance, and I'd gladly give it to them because I have no use for it. You clearly aren't paying attention if you don't understand the over saturation of the market and how that first spot is so vital now(Psst its the reason the price dropped down to 1K in the first place, why even bother making deals when you can just buy the suagr at the cheapest possible price on the market. Trades arent as viable because state controlled isn't a thing yet so resources have to go through the market, which they do already.) Trading is also not the best action because the resource in lacking is bits, not copper, or oil, or anything else.

I'm adjusting as well as I can. Im just bringing up a problem that's annoying. Issues in the game should be brought up after all. Of course this will fix itself in time, it'll just take a while, but for now, its here, just like when the game had too many pretzels and lacked sugar(which admin addressed). All I did was suggest alternatives that might help at the players who joined early and can't use the market now because everything is at 1K.
