Taking a more open minded view of the original trilogy and pre-prequel expanded universe content, the prophecy that Anakin Skywalker would destroy the Sith was true enough from a certain point of view.
The death of the Jedi was also a component of the prophecy, as the Jedi had spent over a thousand generations stagnant and oppressive, which eventually resulted in the Dark Jedi Luke Skywalker's New Jedi Order, which approached the Force from a more holistic point of view addressing and adapting techniques and skills from multiple force factions that remained after that particular civil war.
Which is why we even have things like a Gray Jedi Code.
Things were fine in the universe until the First Great Schism where the first Jedi Order started a civil war because some assholes started telling other assholes how they should and shouldn't use their space telepathy magic.
Cold emotionless detachment won, because red hot burning passion only gets to win in anime, and makes completely terrible plans.

2 at some points.
Hilariously, at the beginning of episode 4, there are 2 Jedi and 2 Sith left.
And Luke never completes his training under Yoda.
And then Luke kind of just wings the whole thing running on redemption, forgiveness, and harmony for the next 20 years of canon until they find a copy of Episode 3 in a derelict space ship which makes him flip out and go crazy till Disney eventually just deletes the expanded universe. More or less.
Yeah, it was balance to the force. But Lucas can't remember the difference between a thousand generations and a thousand years either.

Fortunately, it being a benevolent dictatorship, and Celestia and Luna being apparently immune to some of the worst poblems of Earthly dictators, the ponies in general are quite happy with the current state of affairs and would rather appreciate it if that state of affairs continues; this is what makes it a *benevolent* dictatorship.

My question is where are the 2.5 million bits? If this was purely for a reset, why sis he break the rules? I can understand killing to start over, but admin has clearly stated that you cannot intentionally use all of you resources in such a way that will kill you, knowingly, and benefit another player. He overloaded Solar Empire sat and brushed Lunar Empire sat to make a quick buck off his nation, which is not allowed. Even if he takes resources back, he still lent them to other players. Mali did break the rules, Scarf. Even if he could have done more to profit, he still broke the rules.

I should probably better explain Rule 4. What happened here was not against the rules.
Rule 4 exists to prevent people from abusing the satisfaction-depletion and nation-creation mechanics; i.e. making a nation with, say, 31 DNA extractors or 100 sugar farms or what have you, dropping the satisfaction down to -4500 or so, and then just letting the rebels take the nation to do it all again.
Giving everything away to start over, without abusing that mechanic, isn't the point of rule 4.

The reason I didn't actually do the "you get the nation anyway if you're incoming when it falls" thing is because I didn't want people going "I'm going to die, here, have a free nation" while destroying themselves, or people seeing nations taken over by rebels and deciding that they want to take them over instead.
