It would be really nice if, instead of having to buy a brand new set, you could change your weapon type (ACFU, ATFU, APFU, AUFU) via re-manufacturing. That is, you would pay the materials cost for the material that differ plus a small re-manufacturing fee.

– For example:

Build ATFU

8 Copper

1 Machinery Parts

1 Tungsten

(Requires 1 Advanced Factory)

Build AUFU (Requires 1 Advanced Factory)

8 Copper

1 Machinery Parts

1 Precision Parts

You have 100 AUFU, but you would really prefer to have ATFU. So you spend

100 tungsten + 10k bits (1/5 original cost) to convert them into 100 ATFU.

The problem I see is that this only really applies to the Anti ___, Fuck You Calvary class sidearm that is already dirt cheap and meant to be disposable and battle specific.

Yes, a Steam Bucket and the Canopy Lights are built with the same materials, but you lose parts via entropy when you try to remake them into new, different weapons.

And especially under the new weapon system the weapons are no longer just upgrades. Each weapon is designed for a different function. They're not just the last one plus more shooty bitz.

Admin plz add a to the equipment lists what they go to. Unicorn/Tanks/whatever then order them from best to worst.
