2) LOS is breddy good. Personally I like soft segregation, and no more affirmative action or pushing any sort of integration at all. Let the races divide naturally, why fuck with people?

3) Ideally Yankees would be deported. I would say genocide them, but that's a bit extreme and a sin.

1) The Union no longer upholds the constitution, Lincoln didn't uphold the constitution. The South would, albeit, with more State power and less of a Federal government

3) If they want to stay, they can stay. There's a lot of yanks willing to fight for the South if the war does break out, and I'm pretty sure it happened in the first ACW as well.

1.)We need a weak federal government because having a giant, diverse country. This diverse country creates problems for getting policy done, and helps bad laws people don't really like become enacted. (eg. No liberal I know likes Hilary Clinton, but they hate Republicans. This means that they are willing to accept a lot of bad legislation she signs into law, because they don't know anyone else who can get elected and they don't want any republican to be president.) If we had a weak federal government that respected states rights, that means that liberals could create their "liberal paradise" inside their state without worry of intervention from the federal government, and vice-versa with conservatives. States should be small and have little diversity, that way you get politicians people actually want instead of candidates like Jeb Bush or Shillary who end up having to appeal to so many people that no one likes them or their policies.

2.) People naturally are racist. People naturally want to be with their own race/ethnicity. I support any laws that allow people to do this (freedom of association and all that). I don't support government mandated segregation (jim crow) or segregation (affirmative action). If an individual state wants to enact some of these policies, then whatever (I don't think any state in the south right now would enact jim crow), but states should allow their people to leave easily. That way if people feel they are being oppressed by the state government, they can simply go to another state. I support a black state. It would be a small state that would be made up of the most dense black parts of the south. Blacks that are not currently in the borders of this ethnostate could either move there, stay as a minority in their own state, or simply move to the U.S.

3.) They can stay if they want to. I'd like all the hipsters commiefornians in Austin to go though.

That's silly. Yankees, black or white, need to go, and Southern blacks can stay. Also, only people from border states (Kentucky, Missouri, Maryland(which would have seceded had Lincoln not arrested the entire legislature) and maybe some others) volunteered, IIRC. There were some European volunteers, though.

1) New one. Not all men are created equal, but they deserve equal treatment before the law.

Similarly, only those who contribute to the economy (or nation in the case of military) should be able to vote. Just because you were born doesn't mean you have the natural right to vote. Black skin or a vagina doesn't put you above these requirements (if anything, it makes them more stringent).

2) Racism is a Marxist term. Are we racist? Yes. Fuck off. Are we "mean" or "bad" to those of other races? Of course not. If equality is so great, it doesn't need laws to force it. If people want to segregate and are happier for it, let them. We want a wholesome nation where people are judged on the content of their character, not on identity politics and affirmative action.

3) Florida has always been a retirement state and has never been really part of the south.

I'd say follow in Greenland's footsteps. If you are an American, then you can stay in the South indefinitely just as a Scandinavian can do in Greenland. If you want to vote, have access to public benefits, etc. You must renounce your Northern citizenship and pass a citizenship test.

Alternatively, give a five year grace period for Northerners to cross the border in/out of the south, and then enforce an immigration policy similar to that between the US and Canada.
