The rally in Montgomery was at the state capital, we had a permit and police protection it was all very smooth. Various protests across the South went well and had thousands turn out.
And yes I would not suggest taking a gun to the capital, in AL you can carry a gun EVERYWHERE including inside schools, except in a public rally/demonstration. Just FYI.
