let's face it, as much as we might hate multiculturalism, the south isn't 1 monolithic culture. Southrons (including afro-dixie subculture) are the obvious majority but their are minority culture such as Cajuns, creoles, Gullah, and Cherokee. What about them? should they be given semi autonomous territories? Or should a monolithic southern culture be pushed for to ensure unity (what the yanks do to us)?

I advocate polycentrism in the new south.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polycentrism When we first secede, the states in the south would be divided up by culture and politics. We would be a multicultural nation, but we would not have multicultural states. Everyone would benefit in the long run because states with more homogenous cultures tend to do better. Black people would get their own state. Keep in mind it wouldn't just be by race, white people would also have states divided up by culture.

>>69Would theses cultural states be forced? Like if you are black, you have to live in the black state, or would the states just be made with cultural hegemony as its main goal?
No.73
>>72No. Maybe in the beginning if black people mass emigrate from the state. (I don't think this will happen on a large scale to actually justify enforcing that. Even then I don't know if I would allow it morally) But black people will be free to move between states for any purpose, whether it be vacationing or moving out of state. I think blacks will like the idea of their own state if they become used to it. (This applies to most people too. Look at social security. Most were opposed to it. Now that it is expected by the average citizen it has almost full support from Americans.) Blacks can even leave the country if they wanted. I would probably leave interstate immigration, and maybe some foreign immigration laws up to the states though. I personally see nothing wrong with a black person, who has similar political views or culture to people in a different state.
So no you would not be forced to live in that state, the state boundaries would just be drawn around a particular culture or race.

If a person, regardless of race, has similar political, moral, or cultural views to another state I see no reason he/she can't live in that state.

This seems like the best solution.

Once we kill the current welfare state most of the negros and other detritus will flee to the north.
Problem solved on our end.
