I realize this is entirely off topic, but he's a good southern man proud of his heritage, please help him.

I am conflicted OP… I am always wary of giving money online even though you seem legit. I am also poor and need to be mindful of throwing money away.

I will reflect on this and perhaps donate. If I don't, please know that I feel terrible about not because I read the page and that's really tough for them.

At the very least, I'll say a prayer for them. God bless OP.

Also, I would be careful about putting personal information up online, especially around these boards. You never know what kinds of trolls and such will get a hold of it and mess with you.
