Heyo! I'm a huge Modest Mouse fan and I recently picked up a book titled ""A Pretty Good Read"", an unofficial biography of the band throughout their years.

I was enjoying it until page 42 when the author goes into his interpretation of the band's lyrics. I wholeheartedly disagree with him on every point and I feel like he missed the overall idea by a long shot.

That said, I'm thinking about starting a blog where I go from their first album and essay every single song and my interpretation of it.

What do y'all think about this and more generally about other people's interpretations of lyrics?

Some blogs can be ehh.

You have to post "'regularly'" if anything good is to happen
